The OTA commission problem: Booking.com and Agoda charge 15 to 30% per booking. A ₹5,000 room night loses ₹750 to ₹1,500 to the OTA. Hotels need OTAs for discovery but lose margin on every transaction. If 20% of bookings shift direct, a 50-room property at 70% occupancy saves ₹10 to 15 lakhs annually. SuperBot is the direct booking layer that captures the guest after OTA discovery to via WhatsApp, which they already use to before OTA finalises the booking.
